Renew Mama Studio

Love Renew Mama Studio! The owner, Amanda, and staff are so friendly and welcoming, they quickly get to know you by name. The Barre and Yoga classes are a great workout. What I love most about Renew Mama is it’s focus on the mom and family. There are kid yoga classes at the same time as the adult classes so your kiddos are having fun and getting in some exercise while you are. There’s also childcare and the option to bring your baby with to class. No one makes you feel uncomfortable if your baby starts to cry. Renew also is more of a community and everyone is looking out for each other and willing to help when needed. I highly recommend it for moms, soon to be mamas and kids.

I LOVE this studio and am so glad that I can be a part of this community now. This is my first pregnancy and the prenatal classes are super helpful for both mind and body. I’ve taken classes with four of the instructors (mostly Amanda and Claire) and I have not been disappointed or wanting more once. Since COVID-19 they have offered their classes via Zoom and not only is it wonderful to still stay connected, but they send a recording of the classes you sign up for (whether you attended at the time or not) so I can use them on my own time. It has been a great experience so far and I’m excited to continue once the baby is born and can join in too!

Renew mama is incredible. I went there first for the co-working and childcare but then started taking their classes too and it was wonderful! Amanda is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. Also when COVID-19 happened, she quickly pivoted to providing her classes for both Mamas and kids via zoom. She created a zoom offer and kept listening to what her community needed! I highly recommend attending her classes both via zoom and in person. ♥️♥️
