Fox Subaru

I will always bring my car to fox Subaru when it needs to be serviced. Every time I come in everyone is so friendly and helpful. The customer service is great and I love that they can text you if other repairs are needed and all I have to do is accept or decline. Its always clean and I especially love that there is Schuils coffee while I wait. Im always in and out quickly but I know they are doing a quality job.

Had a good experience buying my car here, but there is poor communication with maintenance. On multiple occasions I have tried to contact maintenance over the phone and they have not answered or returned my call when I left a voicemail with my phone number. Ended up taking my car somewhere else for maintenance.

I was very impressed with how efficient the service process was -- came in to have my windshield replaced. Appreciate that you let the auto glass company work in your shop so the EyeSight calibration can be performed right after. I was able to pull right in to the end of the service line a little before 8:00 AM, which I would suspect is one of your busiest times of the day getting folks set for their appointments, and was greeted right away. My experience at other dealerships for morning service appointments has historically been a chaotic mad dash trying to get into the service line. It was nice not to have this at Fox Subaru. I liked how you topped off the washer fluid for me after I pulled in -- very nice small detail. It is great that you have loaner cars available and the Legacy I was given was really nice. The service appointment was completed early and I had the car back by 2:00 PM. It was also great that you performed a standard inspection over the entire car like with an oil change. I like to observe my surroundings and "read the room" in new situations. This was my first major service appointment at Fox Subaru and I was really impressed with all of the members of the staff that I came across. Really appreciate Andrew in the service department helping me and keeping me informed throughout the process. Will definitely use Fox Subaru for my service needs in the future.
