Steve has sold two homes for us in the past few years : The estate property of my in laws, and a small rental home that we owned. In each case he was extremely patient and gave good advice as we did renovations in preparation for the listings. He is personable, knowledgeable and honest. In each case he had the property sold in a matter of days at or above the asking price! We would highly recommend him. .

In our association over the last 4 months, I've used the words: "wow", "outstanding" and "Thank you so much" more times than I have throughout my entire life. Steve never came remotely close to disappointing us or letting us down. He consistently went above and beyond to meet and exceed our needs or requests, no matter how serious or minuscule, Steve was always there 24/7. I could count on him to pick up the phone even if it was 10 pm even at that hour, he would make something happen if needed. From our first 90 minute phone call to help me get comfortable with who he was and that he was the right choice for our real estate needs, to our closing, I'll say this as an Army veteran: I'm glad Steve Katerberg had our back. From day 1, I got the feeling Steve was a guy I could trust. He reaffirmed this feeling by always acting in our best interests. Even if we didn't know what our best interests were as first time home buyers and sellers, Steve would politely encourage certain actions knowing they were in our best interest. The end result, with the input of Steve's negotiating tactics learned over a 30 year career, we got our dream home for a great deal! Take it from me, you can trust Steve. Steve isn't in real estate because he has to be, he's in it because he wants to and that's very evident. He loves his work and because of that passion he makes things happen. After we utilized his services to buy our dream home, we were unsuccessful selling our current home. Worried about the time crunch I called Steve to inquire about his interest in taking the listing. He had professional photography coordinated, the next day and had our listing up the day after that. Our home sold for 10 percent more than what we were asking 5 days after it being listed. I attribute that in large part to Steve and his experience. If you're considering Steve for your real estate needs, look no further.
