Benchmark is a great company I been renting from them for a while now and never had any trouble... anything that needed to be fix got fixed properly and right away if you're having trouble they really go out they way to make sure you are satisfied I was having a minor problem with getting my house to stay warm and today when I got home there was an very nice Lasko heater waiting on me I can go on and on about how great they are lol the thing I love most is communication they call you back the same day you call ✔️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful experience purchasing a property from them, Matt, Jenn, and everyone was splendid to work with. They accommodated every question and problem that popped up. They truly made the hectic experience ( our time frame was expedited on our end) a piece of cake. And they followed through with a couple of minor issues that popped up as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home. Thank you everyone at Benchmark for all of your assistance on behalf of my Dad and sister. We're glad that we were able to work with you.

They are great when you live in there property but once you move they definitely get over on you. Not only was I charged for things that we replaced but I get a consumers energy bill for for a outrageous amount when I was no longer living there so please be careful take pictures before and after you move out.

Ive been renting from benchmark for over a year couldnt ask for better landlords
