Ive been bringing my daughter here since she was born in 2021 and Dr. Reid has been amazing! She is so kind and really listens to any questions or concerns you may have. The rest of the staff is also very nice and everyone always makes us feel welcome. Also, we really love the fish tank!

Trying to get my daughter transferred to Spectrum Health because I work for Spectrum myself. Just went through registration process, updating Insurance, address and even providing my SS#, and was told theyre not accepting new patients, only newborns. Even though their website says they are. Extremely disappointed.

We love Dr McCune! Shes been amazing and supportive for us first time parents. She was also encouraging, kind, and caring when it comes to me as a mom and breastfeeding/pumping, but she was also really supportive about formula as well. Shes so kind, and is great with our baby girl. We even drove an hour to see her when we moved. Shes a great doctor! We also really love the office. Everyone that works there is great as well! And the office itself is decorated really cute for the kids. Love it!
