I went to Tracy to learn some coping skills for stress/anxiety mostly related to a demanding job. I couldnâ€™t speak more highly of her and the work she helped me do. If you put in the work I think youâ€™ll come away with skills to help you navigate and mitigate your stress/anxiety. Not only are the things I learned applicable in a work setting but in general.
