I love the providers here but communication is a joke. It took several tries to stop an incorrect phone number from getting appointment reminders. Thank goodness it was a family member because um... hello HIPAA. (Also not the first time I've had this issue with Spectrum). Today was just about the last straw. I had already received reminders about an appointment tomorrow, then got a text today saying it was cancelled and that I needed to reschedule. Turns out the doctor has been out all week; they just didn't tell me until Wednesday. To top it off, while I was on the phone rescheduling, I got another call and text asking me to confirm the appointment they had just cancelled. Again, great doctors and nurses; I just wish Spectrum's systems were more functional.
