I highered them in the spring to activate my sprinkler system in late April. They identified a problem and said they would come back out to fix. On June 14th I called to see if they were ever coming back. They did and got everything working but the damage was done. I should have followed up sooner but I didn't want to be pushy either. At that time the tech told me if I sign up for turn off service we get some knocked off. So I told him that I would like that service. I called late Oct wonder when they would be out. I'm not on the schedule and they wouldn't schedule me with out giving them a credit card which I couldn't do because I was in a public space. Shaun contacted me from the company and has fixed the issue and they came out and shut off my system.

I've had them winterize my sprinkler system for the last 3 years. Javier has done a great job, has answered my questions and dealt with a few issues that came up. Will continue to use them every year even though my neighborhood "has a guy" who will do it for less.
