        Glenn was prompt and thorough. He shared his findings with me as we went through the house. He pointed out areas of concerns AS WELL as strong points of the home. I will be using Glenn again because his detailed inspection showed me some large concerns that were enough for me to back out of a sale and avoid some costly future repairs.

He was professional, early, extremely thorough, thoughtful toward keeping the home clean, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and priced well. Great job; thanks Glenn! I'm sure we will be repeat customers. Edit: It's several years later and we just hired Glenn again for another inspection. Excellent job; very thorough!
