Poor communication on when the job would be finished, they did not even test drive my vehicle after the repairs due to there being low fuel in my car. How hard is it to put in 5$ to see if a total engine replacement went well? Tried to charge me 250$ to have the loaner I drove for 2 months in winter detailed when it was dirty when they gave it to me yet they claimed it was serviced 3 days prior to me taking it. Yet the car needed an oil change 2 months before that indicated by the sticker. Completely unprofessional team will never be returning and am having another mechanic check my car because it sounds atrocious

My experience was amazing! Jeff at the Grand Rapids location is seriously THE BEST. His professionalism, humor and personality is exactly why I drove all the way to GR when I have a Todd Wenzel right next to my house. He didnt rush us to buy a vehicle, he didnt try to push us to buy a vehicle, he simply was patient, and understanding and knew exactly what we needed within the budget we were looking! By the time we left the dealership, I felt like he treated us like FRIENDS, not just seen us as dollar signs! I highly recommend him to EVERYONE. If i could give him 10 stars, I would. He is the best salesman and HONEST! ASK FOR JEFF! Thank me later!!!!

Salesman are not knowledgeable of their vehicles customer service isn't that great for buying a $80000 vehicle I would not buy another vehicle from them
