All and Any Services

I am beyond satisfied! Dan and another guy fixed both of my doors very quickly, cleaned up the mess, and did a great job overall. There was a small miscommunication with an hourly rate in the original quote and they fixed before leaving. I got a couple other quotes and am very happy I chose All and Any

They called me through a referral from Home Advisors and the sales rep was very willing to come out and look at the job that needed to be done. He said he would have an estimate to me in about a week and a half. At two weeks still no estimate so I called him and he said they were a little behind and it would be another week or so and I was ok with that. Its now been at least 6 weeks later and no estimate. Obviously they don't need the work and in the meantime I have found another contractor to do the $9,000.00 project. I can't say anything about their work, but their follow up service was a bit to be desired.

The workmanship is excellent but the customer service is horrible. The sales manager was about a week late on giving me a quote. I had to call several times to follow up, felt like I had a part time job just to get a quote from All and any Services. They increased the quote by $200 for moving the stairs to another side of the side stating it was due to increases in labor time, which was very hard for me to understand. (With the movement, they actually decreased labor and materials by four posts and one landing.) The deck failed the inspection but they were already calling and emailing to collect their payment. When I asked them about why the charge was increased, they argued with me and then said because the deck failed inspection, they had to get more brackets and stuff. But I mean IT IS THEIR JOB to comply with city building rules, isn't it? Again, I emailed and called the sales manager, it's been 1.5 weeks, STILL NO ANSWER!!!!! I just paid the invoice and moved on. Won't use them again.
