Spectrum Health Medical Group Diabetes and Endocrinology

I havent been seen yet, my referral was placed last January of 2023. Its been 13 months and I still have not heard anything. I have hypothyroidism and my current endocrinologist is 3 hours away. I NEED someone in the area and was told yeah well triage the referrals and let you know. I work in healthcare I understand that theres a long wait time but it just seems a little bit ridiculous that Ive had to wait this long and was told I would have to wait another YEAR.

They dont care about their patients we have been here so far 20 minutes past the appointment time and they came and got two other people before us that came after us!!!

This place use to be ok. Not so much now. I'm a t1 diabetic. I had to argue with the doctor and staff here for 4 months just to get a script for test strips. And then when they finally did, they sent the script to the wrong pharmacy. The staff is quite unprofessional and doesn't deal with issues in a timely manner.

Bed manner sucks didn't answer all my questions. All he said was my pcp could take it from here and I knew everything I had to do.
