I hope anyone who happens to check this will note that the one star review was left over 8 years ago. I didn't know Dr. Dame then, but I know him now and he's phenomenal. The terrible anxiety I used to feel before visiting the dentist (and why I stopped getting regular cleanings) is very minimal these days. He is so good at what he does! I've had old silver fillings removed and fixed. I've gotten a couple cavities drilled and filled. But most importantly, I'm back on track with my 6 month cleanings. Dr. Dame does a thorough job. He's beyond knowledgeable, and is an all around cool guy. He's got a great staff including (but not limited to) Kristy-- running the ship up front. Madisyn-- running around getting people prepped, and Jenna-- who's just the best hygienist ever. I see now that there are more reviews on the Google side of things, but hate to see this old one star review on Yelp. Just call 'em and make an appointment already. Yeah, YOU! You won't be disappointed!

Love Dr. Dame and his staff. Very personable and takes care of our family oral health exceptionally well! The staff are all friendly and gentle!

The best dentist and staff ever! Always kind, professional, and on time! I've been going to this dentist for nearly 15 years and I have no complaints. Dr. Dame once came into the office on a Sunday just to help my brother who had injured his two front teeth. This staff goes above and beyond.

I received care from Dr Dame when I was younger, and now my children are going to him for their orthodontic care.  I am impressed with Dr Dame's attention to detail, clear explanations of future steps and care, and overall friendliness at the office.  I highly recommend this office.

Update: To me, Dr. Dame has attempted improve the customers experience by attending a few dental conferences with his staff as somewhat of a training. From Dr. Dame: "The seminar is called TBSE( The Best Seminar Ever) and it is put on by two dentists from Maryland named Dr. David and Dr. Richard Madow.  The one that we have already been to was in Las Vegas, Nevada on Nov. 8 and 9 and the one coming up is also this year's TBSE in Miami, Fl on September 12 and 13.  We also were at a one day seminar given by Gordon Christensen who is one of the most respected names in our profession.  That was here in Grand Rapids on April 30."The impact of these conferences on the customer experience is unknown.
