This place has gone so far down hill I can't imagine it getting better. The crew lost all customer service skills. A lady named lexi wanted to refuse my American currency just cuz it was changed and as I was handing her everything she was snatching and cut me with her long dirty nails never apologized even tho she seen she made me literally bleed. It was so Unprofessional that's just one out of many if no boss is around your not greeted or treated like an actual person. Little kids acting like they own speedway and know how the owners want it to be ran but if I owned that place then noooo that's bad for business. Train more and better

It's a gas station, it's open late, there's always snacks, and it's close by where I live. What more can I possibly want?

This is the worst gas station in Grand Rapids, possibly the state of Michigan. If I could give it zero stars I would. The card readers on the E85 dispensers are always down and/or not working. They will not authorize the pump. Unless theyre giving gas away for free dont waste your time here.
