had an appointment set up and I had already taken the personal time off work to be at home for an inspection and cleaning. Received an email on the day from Palmer at 10:52 stating that he had cancelations and was running early and would I be home around 11:30. I was still at work and didn't see his email and he sent another at 11:27 saying sorry we weren't able to connect we will have to reschedule. I had already left work to be at home to meet Palmer when I saw his last email, I responded with the fact that I had taken personal time off work to meet an the time we had agreed upon. He never responded back with a call email or anything. Your customer service is not existent
