I bought a groupon for this salon.  It wasn't necessarily an issue getting an appointment, but rather, keeping an appointment.  I made 4 different appointments, and each time, they called to cancel and say I had to rebook for some reason or another.  The most recent time, they called just 2 hours before I was supposed to come in, and told me my manicurist was out sick.  I found it surprising that no one else there might be available for the appointment...but even so, I thought  they had poor service before even having the opportunity to step into the place, and they never seemed to feel bad at all to cancel, like it was no inconvenience to me.  In the end, based on the other reviews, sounds like I didn't miss out on much.  Hopefully people will comment on Groupon and this salon will no longer be able to advertise deals there.

My husband bought me a groupon for a spa package for Mother's Day. I called to make an appointment which could not be scheduled for a month out. I arrive at the location which has a cheap decor and an uncomfortable setting. My massage was scheduled to begin at 4pm and my masseuse did not arrive until 4:05. During my time waiting, I was stuck sitting in the open room listening to the loud music next door and a kid telling one of workers he caught him in bed with his Grandma.wow. I finally get in the room which has a sheet for a door. The entire time during my massage my feet are freezing cold and my massage is accompanied by loud wedding music which is an attempt to drown out the loud co-workers and business next door. Then, as I am trying to relax, the water from a sink is turned on full blast to wet towels because apparently they have not heard of towel warmers. Then the person who is responsible for my facial (if you can call it a facial) is not there because she got caught in traffic picking up someones kids. To sum it up, DO NOT GO HERE! I cannot believe this place is in business or the fact that the person who gave me a massage asked me if I wanted to leave gratuity.seriously?

I had a groupon that stated a two hour hot oil massage, microdermabrasion and foot and hand treatment. Scheduled it in May for end of July. The man who picked up the phone sounded irritated. I finally went to my appointment started a half hour late because a friend walked in unannounced needing some therapy for his back. The woman giving me the massaged asked if I minded, I said no, since I was in no rush really.  The woman doing my massage seemed like she didn't want to be there and was rather rude.  It was hard to relax with only a sheer curtain covering the doorway to the main lobby area, where there was a lot of ruckus. There was no hot oil. The microdermabrasion was a sugar or salt scrub that lasted 1 minute for each foot and hand. Hot towels were used, but they were heated in hot water at sink right next to my ear which was awfully noisy.  The hot towels ended making me colder and more uncomfortable and the room was rather cold as well. The microderm on my face was not washed off all the way and all of the facial treatment ointments smelled horrible. However, when I finally was being shoo'd from the room after my "spa treatment" I looked at the clock and it was definitely NOT two hours long.  I was told to meet her at the front when I got dressed,  so I did. She told me that I was all set because she had my groupon... unless I wanted to leave a tip. What am I suppose to do?! Not leave a tip at that point... then I'm going to look like a rude customer. Frankly I will never go there again and tell everyone I know to steer clear.

Had a massage and facial with groupon.  Took a month to schedule appointment. At the time, they did not ask if I had a preference for a male or female massage therapist. Got there and found out they assigned a male  therapist, not my preference.  He was also running late.  During massage, the music was too loud (blaring in my ear) and their voice caller ID kept going off in the hallway.  Form filled out beforehand asked if there were areas client preferred not touched during massage.  One of those areas I listed was touched multiple times.  Exfoliating scrub from facial was not rinsed thoroughly.  It was still on my face and my hairline coming home.  Cream from massage was very sticky. CVS Moisturizing Cream, not massage cream.  I left feeling like I had spent an unrelaxing day on a sandy beach.  I will not be returning.

After my friend and I purchased a groupon, we both had a terrible experience. First, we could not get ahold of the salon by phone. So, we just went into the salon to make an appt. We made our appointements for a later date. When we went back in on Monday, Jan 2., they were way behind schedule and asked us if we wanted to go somewhere to eat and come back later. So, we did, however, when we came back an hour later, they still were not ready for us. I don't know why they just didn't call us to let us know before driving all the way there? We were offered a free wash and style but when we wanted to use them on our next appointment there was not a stylist available. So, anyway, we made another appt to come back today, Jan 7. We didn't have to wait very long this time, but both of us received very disappointing paint jobs on our nails. There are spots without polish and some spots with globs.  I am just very disappointed that I went through all this trouble and ended up with a crappy manicure job. I will say that the ladies who worked there were very nice, however, they just did not create a good experience for my friend and me.
