UNPROFESSIONAL, UNTIMELY & APATHETIC: I took a paperback book of roughly 400 pages (a gift from my father-in-law), which had a faulty glue binding, in mid-June 2019 to get a hard-bound binding.  I left my phone number and email address with them and they said it would be a week or so.  Well, after letting some time pass and going on vacation, I returned to their store a month later (mid-July) and they still hadn't done the work.  The gentleman in their office said they'd get to it right away and have it for me in 1-2 days.  Well, a week later I stopped by again and they still hadn't done the work.  No explanation, no apology.  Again, the gentleman in the shop said he'd have it done for me the next day -- Fool me once, shame on me; fool me twice shame on you.  My summary: A very SHAMEFUL business.
