We called DMC when AB May told us we would have to replace our hot water heater to the tune of $5,000. DMC replaced some parts to the tune of $800, but it still wouldn't work. However, they came back to the house a half a dozen times until they figured it out. It took a while, but they cared about figuring it out and the service technicians were really cool. We had to take cold showers for a couple weeks, but they saved us over $4,000! Service: Boiler repair

DMC was recommended to us by my cousin who lives in St. Louis, and also owns a plumbing company. I reached out to her on the long shot that she may know of a reliable, trustworthy plumber in the KC area. Lucky for us, she did!
We had DMC out to repair a few plumbing issues. The job took a bit longer to complete because we found another issue along the way with an existing faucet. Both technicians were extremely professional and courteous. They took the necessary extra time to ensure the job was done right. We felt the price was fair and a good value.
