        Winkler is a great lawyer if you need a lawyer to use a Sheriff Sale Deed as a Warranty Deed to fraudulently and criminally steal other people's real estate! Winkler uses the Abandonment laws of the state of Michigan and declares the property abandoned and does not let the borrower refute the presumption of abandonment, and steps in with a deed and can get you real property inside of 30 days! Edward Winkler is a great criminal and since he is a lawyer and member of the criminal empire known as the Michigan BAR Association so he can never be charged with the crime of FRAUD! See MCL 750.248b
