Platinum Surface Cleaning

I have had my house cleaned twice by Bryce and he did a great job both times. My house looked very clean after he was done. However, I subsequently got an estimate from him to get my deck stripped and stained, and my experience was not favorable. I would recommend not paying any money up front until after the job has been completed. I paid a deposit for the deck job, but after being told several times the job would be started the next day or next week I canceled and asked for my money back. I was told it would take up to 3 weeks to get reimbursed from the Joist website through which I had paid. A month later this had not happened, and I have now spent the following two months trying to get my money back with no success. Many of my phone calls, emails, and texts went unanswered. When I did get a response it was: Ill contact the bank on Monday; I will drop a check off next week; I just put the check in the mail; I cant get the check to you until next Wednesday. Three months later I still have not got my money back. This is no way to run a business. I will not be using this service again. Service: Power/pressure washing

The driver of the silver Chevy Silverado is very unprofessional, after almost hitting me while I had the right of way in a roundabout, proceeds to honk and scream at me when he was in the wrong.

Bryce and his crew did an awesome job on our house. He came highly recommended and we are glad we made the choice to use Platinum. The house looks so much better and they did the windows, in and out for a very reasonable price. Will use in the future!

He charged my husband a deposit and never showed up for the work. He tried to contact him and had no success, I would stay away!
