This place is horrible. Would not recommend using them. I was added to my husband's insurance and every time I went to use insurance they said I was not covered. First it was prescription, then lab, then health insurance now vision and dental. Every time I had to call and play phone tag for hours to get added. Would not recommend them. They're not even a 1 star they're below that!

I meet with Brian every week and he's always extremely knowledgeable any number of insurance offerings. Personally, everyone I've met from the Oaks Agency is professional and willing to help find their clients the right plan to meet their needs.
