Tommy's Express Car Wash Grand Haven

First time here. Been waiting for it to open. Thought it was going to be great, being big, fancy, high tech and new. Bought the "works", the best they had for $16. Was not so good after a wash. The back of our car was just as dirty after, as when we went in. It's like the back did not even get washed. Some bird droppings on the one side is still there. Seems to be more spray and little real brushes. Very disappointed. One big thing, there is NO prep before you go in, it's all automated. The other place in town (and cheaper), they spray everything down real good before you go in and always had a good wash. Won't be going back here again. Don't see how they will stay open if they don't fix things.

Took my truck in to try new car wash, spent $16.00 for complete wash, told me about trailer hitch ( never a problem before) I said ok. Washed truck got out front still bugged up, drove around and was told it was my hitch that caused the problem, bugs are on the front not back, went through again and same thing. Do not waste your time going here, my car wash in North Muskegon sprays a cleaner and it takes off all bugs even on windshield, from this car wash have some bugs on windshield oh and cost is only $12.00 for the Works.

I was using their vacuums (which have really good suction) and I accidentally sucked an important item! They were really professional and helped me get it out without giving any sort of attitude
