Bees all in the apartments, taking their sweet time or not at all to fix. Btw youngsters in the house. In one weekend 39 bees inside were killed. Yet for some reason its not a big issue. Maintenance men also creeping around. Its not like its free lodging.

I applied for an apartment back in July with a $200 refundable deposit if we ended up not getting the apartment. It is now November and I am still fighting. Just trying to get the money back. They keep telling me they sent the check And that is all they can do. I cant stop in and get a check. I cant get anybody on the phone or an email to let me know what is going on. Do not apply here because they will not respond to you.

Review of Timber View Apartments: My experience with Timber View Apartments has been extremely disappointing, to say the least. When I initially visited the office to inquire about renting an apartment without any credit history, I was assured that it wouldn't be a problem. The staff informed me that they only considered criminal background checks and that my lack of credit wouldn't affect my application. Relying on this information, I decided to proceed with the application process during the same visit. I was asked to pay a $260 deposit, which would be refunded if my application was denied. Unfortunately, I received a denial due to my credit history, despite being explicitly told that it wouldn't be a factor. Immediately after finding out about the denial, I visited the office to inquire about my refund. The staff seemed helpful at first and assured me that the refund process would take about two weeks. However, after two weeks passed and I still hadn't received anything, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for another week. To my dismay, there was still no sign of the refund. Frustrated with the lack of communication and transparency, I made yet another visit to the office. This time, I was told that sometimes the refund process could take longer and that I should wait for another week. This cycle of false promises and delays continued for a total of three months. Each time I visited, the staff would give me the same excuse and assure me that my refund was being processed. It's been four weeks since the last time they told me my refund was being processed, and I still haven't received anything. This constant runaround and unfulfilled promises have left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. It appears that Timber View Apartments has made empty commitments and failed to deliver on their refund policy. Overall, my experience with Timber View Apartments has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the misrepresentation of their rental criteria to the prolonged delay in refunding my deposit, their lack of professionalism and accountability is evident. I would strongly advise potential renters to be cautious when dealing with this establishment, as their actions do not align with their promises.

Ever since new management within the year It has been terrible communication with the office. When you have issues, It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach the office. I have sent countless emails (never answered), called multiple times and always leave a message requesting a call back, which I never get. The office closes by the time I get home from work so its very difficult to go in to voice my concerns. I have been dealing with a pest issue ever since I moved in months ago. The office is less than helpful to get any of your questions answered. When asked about important issues such as if pest control is safe around animals, the response is a shrug of shoulders. It should not be that difficult to communicate, especially when I have asked over and over again. I verified with Kristen in the office that my emails were going to the correct email, she said they were, and she apologized for not getting back to me FOR MONTHS. I have unanswered emails from months ago because they never got back to me. I asked for other modes I can reach the office, and they said email and call (which is a joke). It is absolutely ridiculous to try and receive any communication about issues while living here. Its a shame the office cannot communicate with their residents because other than the communication, the space is nice. Ill be looking for somewhere else! Beware if you have any issues youll have the same frustrations I am sure.

We lived there for 3 years and it was terrible. They approved us to move in and gave us the keys and after we got all moved in they said we needed to pay more and that they weren't suppose to let us in yet without paying. The stairs were always crumbling which was a concern because we were living on the 3rd floor with kids. The office had weird hours and it was impossible to get anyone on the phone if we had problems. And now that we are finally out of there, they won't pay us the refund for our security deposit. We never received the first check and then they charged us $50 from our refund to cancel the first check and cut a new one. We moved out almost 3 months ago and all they tell us is that the check is on its way. There are tons other things I could complain about, but I think the most irritating thing is that them not giving us our refund doesn't surprise me. That's how bad it was living there.
