      image I would rate 2.5 if that was an option. I dropped my ring off monday, received it thursday. I ended up choosing them for resizing up two sizes ( 9 to 11 ). price was steep compared to others ( $165 ). pick up my ring thursday, with my boyfriend. When asked to test the diamonds on my ring, they all came up as moissanite. when I told him it was in fact lab grown diamonds, even after showing proof of receipts saying it was, we were still told it was not, and treated like we were lying to their face. ( it even has the carat size on the inner band! ) it was an older gentleman and woman helping us out. the old man kept asking how much we paid, and the older women kept saying no more questions to the elder man, and us. ask yourself, how much trust do you have, if you cant even ask questions? we ended up going to Gaines and getting the ring tested.shocker! all diamonds.You can see the line of where they added material to the band. overall, go where you want to, they did size my ring in a timely manner. just personally not my cup of tea.

      You contacted us to size your ring. And wanted a quick turnaround. We received it on Monday. The ring was sized and ready to pick up by Wednesday. You came in to pick up on Thursday. You were happy with the repair 👍. We were the ones to tell you that you did not have a natural diamond in the setting. Simply for Knowledge purposes. We like to disclose to all our customers what they have when they bring in their jewelry. Incase they are not aware. Your center stone on your ring was infact a SYNTHETIC stone. NOT a natural earth mined stone. (You sent us documentation via FB showing the details) And there is nothing wrong with that! Infact we sell natural and synthetic stones. We HIGHLY recommend that you replace your current setting that is 925 silver with at least 10K or higher purity gold. Silver is NOT a strong enough metal for a daily engagement/wedding ring. Alot of online companies use this marketing technique for price point jewelry. But it ends up being LESS cost effective overall. We would be happy to help you select a better quality/stronger setting that will withstand time👍
