I wish I could give zero stars. I signed up for a life insurance policy through Sentry Insurance, they hired Mid Michigan Exams to come to my work and perform the health exam. I scheduled the exam 4 different times, they didn't show up ALL 4 TIMES! I thought the first couple of times were a scheduling error or a fluke. But 4 times in a row, no call...no show.

They worst customer service I have ever had, I was here with my fiance for a physical exam and they wouldn't let me go back there with her, and she wanted me too. I will never recommend them to any one. Don't go here unless you want to be pressed away by staff and not be treated properly.

My company has used Mid Michigan Exams for drug screens for employment for several years now and they are excellent! We highly recommend them! The turn around time is 3 days if there is a delay is because of the laboratory waiting on the employee to disclose medications before they release a positive result. Many people are on prescription medications that are positive in drug screens but may be a negative result it just depends on the amounts that are in their system. A medical review officer has to make contact with the employee prior to releasing results so most cases its a delay because of the employee. Thank You for such great service throughout the years!

Sent an employee in for a test and can't get results nor can anyone give me an answer as to why I don't have the results nor how long it will be before I get them. When I called I had to speak with someone who is unfamiliar with their procedures and cant even collect, however they are open for another 3 hours. How does that work exactly? Wont ever use this company again. An employee went in on a Friday and on Wednesday I STILL have no answers!
