Had mark come out while I was at work to fix my ice maker water dispenser in august 2020 he diagnosed my fridge as having a bad computer board costing me 346.40 with his labor came back 10 days later installed the part and the ice and water dispenser still did not work then he said he had to order different parts wouldn’t tell me what and didn’t schedule another appointment with me called him two weeks later he told me he would refund my money on the part but not labor I agreed (don’t want the guy to work for free) he took my info down told me a check was in the mail. Fast forward two weeks he tells me he has Covid and is now waiting on business checks to come in to refund my money. Still nothing! Fast forward to December 2020 had to use a friends cell phone to get mark to answer my call he gives me even more lame excuses about not having business checks (4 months later) but gives me his word he would be out first thing tomorrow morning to refund the money and fix my refrigerator for free. Long story short he never showed and still owes me money for a fix that he misdiagnosed. This guy is a bold face liar and a con man! Stay away do not use mid Michigan appliance doctor! After reading the owners reply you will see he contradicts himself and calls me the liar. the board is not bad the real issue is the small dent in the door not allowing the switch to completely close... but yet I’m the liar. If you were really going to come back and actually fix our fridge why am I making this review 5 months after you performed this “service” at our house? Why did I have to contact you from a different phone number to get you to answer your phone in December? After making this review he contacted my wife 5 months later and said he wasn’t going to fix our fridge because of the bad review I gave him. Newsflash mark never planned on coming back! I was extremely disappointed in the service from this company. I have waited over a week for a repair on a range, for a piece which the company representative stated they had in stock. Now, after a week where we cannot use our range, I am getting attitude as if my questioning is a nuisance. We will be finding other means of service.

They know what they're doing! Able to come to my home sooner and cheaper than other companies in the area and the service was great! Technician was very knowledgeable and nice. He took the time to look at my washer when other companies either rejected me or put me on a rediculous waiting list. Already recommended to friends and family.
