        We found the property we liked. This agency wasn’t even aware this property was available through realtor.com. All communication regarding the purchase came from our bank. We established a time and date, telephonically and via text with this agent, for a walkthrough before closing. The agent didn’t even bother to show up for the walkthrough and our calls went straight to voicemail. We are closing on Monday and we have not received any information from the agent - our bank made the effort to find out where we need to be. They get a commission no matter what level of effort is made. Ridiculous. I would not recommend them, buyer and seller beware.
