D&D Dog Dynamics

We are traveling and made arrangements to take our dog to D&D Dog Dynamics for the day so we could take the family to the state fair. We went through his vaccines over the phone to be sure everything was ok, specifically asking about the fact that he had only one influenza vaccine so far. (We had tried emailing them but the woman we were talking to that day couldn’t access it) We were told everything was okay. After getting our kids loaded in the car excited to go to the state fair, I called to let them know when we were coming, and a different woman answered. She asked about the vaccines and told us the one flu shot wasn’t enough. That is fine but this was extremely inconvenient and disappointing, and she made no apology. The person from the day before (7/18) should have known this. I wouldn’t trust these people with my pet.

Spent two years training our dog with D and D Dynamics spent a lot of money. We made small steps with our dog, but then they wanted to try an intense training. They took $700 from us and our dog came back in worse shape than when we left her with them. They blamed us as owners. They said we didn’t work with her enough and, they said we would not show up for training when we made an appointment (NOT TRUE AT ALL) I believe they made that up to make it ok in there minds for keeping all that money and not accomplishing anything. I’m very disappointed that when I let them know how I felt about the intense training they just put the blame on us . What a waste of money and time it was for us to go to D and D Dynamics.
