The doctor that was once there and some of the other staff have not helped in 5 years with my injurie. I have been judged. I have made to feel crazy or that I am just looking for pills. I have showed them proof of my injury and still made to believe that I am faking. Made to feel like they don't care.

Its not about the care of the patient. Its only about money. My son needed a follow up appointment per the ER in 3-4 days with a PCP for problems with his heart and chest. They told me they had an appointment open in July. What a joke. Dont ever EVER take your loved ones to this hospital.

They accused me of cursing at the staff... I did not. Been waiting months for a referral...These folks shouldn't be working in a hospital. If you can, go elsewhere.

Patient care is clearly not at the top of their priority list. I have expressed several times that I am experiencing concerning symptoms that are affecting my personal and work life, yet they have no sense of urgency. I always have to call to get my scan and test results, and they are never put in my portal despite me telling them that I want them for my personal records. They are incredibly
unorganized. I will get a call from central scheduling before I've even heard from the office about what I am being scheduled for. Or they will call me multiple times about something I have already spoken to someone about. My messages in the portal are also left reviewed but unanswered. I am done seeking care at this establishment as it is always much more of a hindrance than helpful.
