This company is very unprofessional I had an interview there and they told me they were going to send me over a form and then I will be able to start after waiting two days they just now reached out to me and told me they couldn’t fit me in to this position I feel like it’s over discrimination!!!

Don’t work here especially 1st shift first you start work at 5am and don’t get a first break until 11am that’s a whole 6 hours I think thats torture They will tell in the interview you can have a phone and play music then once you do the supervisor will go in the office to tell the manager, they are bullies the other workers will get frustrated with training you they will switch your trainer they all will talk about you and side eye you

This is a great company! This job changed my life! This is a union job, that also offers 2 bonus checks a year! A extra 40 hour check every year on your hire date! The owner is great with showing his appreciation of his employees with bowling parties, golf outings, and giveaways every Christmas since I been here! I only been here 2 years and i am running the die shop at the Livonia location! Meaning there is always room for growth at this job! I seen guys get promotions faster than that! We got a lot of guys at this job with 10,15,20 to 30 years inn at this job but, they all say the same thing, they never expected to stay at this job for long! I also thought the same, than I grew to love the company! That goes to show you how much we feel appreciated at this company! Give this company a shot!
