THS of Fremont Rehab

I have been hear a little of 3 weeks and have loved every minute of it. The staff are beyond caring and function as one big family. Excellent care and fun loving environment.

BEWARE!!! A relative entered this place for rehabilitation and within 2 days his personal property came up missing!! No where to be found after raising awareness with the staff. If they can not protect property from disappearing (theft), then can you really trust them to be careful with your loved one? The answer is, no you cannot.

On June 3, 2021 my sister Sandy was taken to Regency via an ambulance ride from Metro Hospital in Byron Center. She was very frightened when she arrived. The staff at Regency worked so hard so she will feel comfortable. When my husband and I visited her on June 28th she was happy and very well adjusted. We were very impressed with the staff. Jessica who is one of the first people we saw was so kind. Sandy knows a lot of the staff by name. The doctor at the facility was very kind to Sandy and commended her for progress. We were there 3 times that week and always a warm welcome.

Since December 2019 I have been the administrator at Regency at Fremont. What most people don't know is that my brother was a resident at Fremont. The staff at Regency were great. Heather, a C N A, who went and got him ice cream or other treats to tempt him to eat. To the nurses who made sure he was comfortable and not in pain. I don't know what I would have done with out their support and caring hearts while taking care of my brother. They are number one in my book:)
