This facility is a joke, they refuse to use X-rays, an mri, or professional knowledge to diagnose anything. I know multiple people that went here was asked what was in pain and with no testing or anything they have a diagnosis of sciatica. Then after going to a real doctor and getting x rays and or an mri they find out its not sciatica. I think this facility should be ashamed of their poor practices and lose there license. I also believe there are illegal activities going on between the doctors and major corporations in the area.

I will never go back the urgent care. I went thinking I had possible shingles, and was told Im too young it must be from something else. Not only did they not try to figure out what else it was, but they misdiagnosed and I in fact do have shingles. If I would have been taken seriously I could have started medication and avoided the excruciating pain Im now in.

Terrible office. Expect long wait times, cant see your doctors for months, unhelpful staff, PAs are worthless and cannot help. Instead of helping their patients they tell them if they get worse to go to an ERwhen Im calling before it gets bad so I dont have to go to the ER.

Scheduled a new patient appointment over a month ago and now they cancelled and want to reschedule until January but dont know for sure if my insurance will be approved so they might have to cancel again. Other doctors booking out until Feb/March. Ridiculous
