Custom Sheet Metal & Heating

I have used Custom to service and maintain my gas boiler and gas water heater since I moved back to the area in 2016. I don't have anything negative to say about the company as they have always taken care of any problems I've had quickly, safely, and efficiently. This applies to their great office staff, technicians, and ownership. When you call Custom, you get to talk to a real live human being! Who listens! Great! Was having problems with my furnace and I called Custom and they set a guy out within a few hours. After diagnosing it I was told that it could be up to 3 weeks before we saw any parts.. About an hour later I got a call from Amy that they had located the part somewhere else and that they should have it fixed within a few days. Sure enough the part came and it was fixed. While on vacation my furnace acted up again I called and within any hour they were back over there and solved my issue. I can not say enough good things about this company and their customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing some service.

When Phil & Todd worked there would gladly use this company. Now, I would go without heat if they were the only company around. Poor business ethics and treatment of employees.
