        I scheduled an estimate for home repairs. I was out of town the morning of and confirmed that morning the owner could make a 2pm appointment. He said he could, I drove 2 1/2 hours from out of town. Two members of my family rearranged their work schedules for appointment, drove 45 minutes in traffic. He tried canceling once an hour before. I said please try and make appointment we rearranged our schedules for today. 25 minutes late into the appointment waiting he said he was not coming. Very disappointed. Not professional or courteous of my time.
