        Alex helped fix my phone and knew right away what the problem was.  He did it over the phone on a Saturday evening and did not want to charge me.  If you have an issue with your iPhone call him. He is the best!Susie

        Alex completely restored my wife's iPhone that had suffered water damage due to a drop in a lake, and repaired its broken ring/silent button as well. He quickly diagnosed the problems, presented a reasonable quote and had the phone fixed and on its way back to us all within a few hours. Alex is quick to reply, polite, courteous.         Alex Thayer replaced my iPhone battery in 20 minutes as promised. And he is only 15 minutes from my house. He did this after Apple Repair failed to do so when I sent it to CA because of the lock screen passcode. I cant recommend Alexs business enough for all your iPhone repair needs!
