        They have great products but zero customer service. Ive never posted a negative review but they were so disappointing. We were unhappy with our order and we couldnt get them to return our calls or follow up in any way. We wanted to work with them to find a solution but they were completely unresponsive. Ive never been so disappointed in a company and services. They simply ignored our calls and outreach.

        I've bought several things from Betsy Bay and have loved them all. Really comfortable mattresses and sofa/chairs. Lots of custom design options. Everything I've gotten is US made and the quality has held up very well over the years.
