        I went to the Fowler Branch , I opened a checking and savings . The lady who took care of me was a great help. She answered every question I had.She Was very pleasantAnd friendly . The branch was clean and I think I am going to really enjoy doing business with Journey credit union. I left my last bank in Westphalia, Michigan because of the unfriendly tellers and my card was always getting hacked. These girls in Journey bank know how to treat a costumer. No matter how much money a person has. I have to give a big thank you to your head teller she was great.

        I just went there on 3/4/2020 to cash my husbands check, we sat there for 10 minutes while two women seen us at the window and they did nothing. One younger girl look irritated and gave us dirty looks. Finally a older lady came to the window and wasn’t very nice!!
