Do yourself a huge favor if you're thinking about buying a place to live in at Brandymore Pines, If you buy one of their "homes" look it over VERY carefully because the people who put these things together have NO or very LITTLE experience in doing so. I hate seeing people DUPED just as I have been!!!! I bought a place in Brandymore Pines and I was given a "move in checklist" and promised that everything that was NOT right with the "place" (skirting falling off every time wind blows, trim pieces on the walls have 1-2 nails holding it on the wall, the countertops formica is all peeling off, (not properly glued down). The "house" was NOT properly set-up so the floors LOUDLY creek when you walk on them. There is a hump in the carpeting the length of the house, (assuming the house is separating?). That was 3 years ago! NOT one thing has been fixed!!! I finally gave up on their "promise to fix everything!!" and started looking for a nicer place to call home, in a "nicer"park. You get NOTHING but GRIEF living here, they raise the lot rent $25 every year. They claim it's for "maintenance", there is NO maintenance of any kind here. Think, long and hard before you move in here because they will charge you a couple thousand dollars to move out and IF you put money into the place (A.C., Gutters, a Shed, Garbage Disposal, Medicine Cabinets,etc.. they will tell you that you must leave it all there and NO, you will not get reimbursed.

Bought a home in Brandymore Pines 11/2 years ago, the biggest mistake in my life! I purchased a brand new home full of problems and was told that everything would be fixed. NOT 1 thing has been fixed. I received a note from management stating that the lot rent will be increased by $25.00 effective 1/1/2022 to cover the maintenance costs. What maintenance!!! You people are liars and crooks all the way to the top!
