        The manager Stephen added two new phones/contracts on to our account without authorization from us, the account holders. He fraudulently accessed our passcode to add the accounts. Basically, he fraudulently put a $2200 loan on our account. Luckily, we were notified by corporate T-Mobile via email and got to the store while he was doing it. We were able to stop him. He was rude, aggressive..slammed both hands on the counter and claimed he sent a verification text to us. He did not.
