The young man that helped us was super nice and friendly you need more like him and less of the pushy people and bubble gum poppers that is the most annoying type people ever although the gum popper was nice but just popping gum is not very professional .I really want to tell him that but it wasn't my place to let him know he was annoying .

I found the right truck at Michael's. Because it was not yet officially on the books it took some time to process, but it was well worth the wait. Rick Clink was very helpful and did not pressure me in any way. He helped me find the right truck for the right price.

My husband bought a 2016 Chevy Silverado 4x4 from Michael's back in September of this past year. We have had problem after problem with this car. At first they were minor things (oil change a month after we bought it, windshield wipers needed replaced after 3 months). But then bigger more expensive issues started happening. Starting with the transmission. Then the brakes. Then the fuel injector. Then the rear axle bearings.
Long story short, we have put more money into repairs for this truck than we have for the truck itself. To top it all off, when we reached out to Michaels about this, all they said was "You should have gotten the warranty, then we could help you." We would've gotten the warranty, but we couldn't afford $800 per month with the warranty added onto our monthly payments.
And did I mention that we haven't had this truck for a year yet?
Dealer for the people my foot!
Update:
The day after my review was posted Kirk from Michael's Car Center reached out to me. After speaking to him, he reimbursed us for some of the repairs that we've had to put into the truck. It was more than other used car dealerships would've done, and I'm grateful that they did that much.
