TLC Tree & Stump Removal

I used TLC Tree and Stump removal to remove 13 trees from my property and trim 3 other trees. They also ground the stumps and leveled out the ground. They arrived when they said they would. They beat the price of their competitors. The crew were very friendly and professional and my yard was clean upon completion. I would use them again! I called over a year ago to be exact it was 7.19.2021 that they came out to give me my quote. I never received a call after and I was told it would be about 2 to 3 Weeks before they could do the job . Which is fine. However now a year has past I called spoke with a lady and she had no clue who i was or anything, it was like she never got a slip saying we wanted it done. Then she told me that he would call back, and I never received a call back. but he did stop over to look at the tree again. He then told me that he would rather do a job the made him more money then just removing one of my trees for 550.00..(my money is just as good as others) But also continued to tell me it would be about 3 weeks and he will get over to cut it down. Well..now we are going on alomst 2 months and my dead tree is still there. As far and I am concerned either don't cut down my tree, or there will be a hefty discount applied, as I am not paying full price for a tree removal that I have waited over a year to have cut down.
