Didn't have water, called them and it was my pressure switch. They were nice and answered all my questions. Would recommend them to everyone I know!

Not only did the folks at Burns answer their phone at 8:30PM, but they moved us to the top of their job list today due to our no water situation. Rob diagnosed the problem quickly (sticky pressure switch) and was on his way WITH NO CHARGE!!! Fabulous customer service from a local.company in business since 1955.

Last Fall I had a well put in by Burns.. then this Spring I see water flooding all over my backyard ...come to find out they hit my septic line and the washer water is flooding my backyard. When I called them two or three times I just got blew off and basically was told I was on my own with this problem. I just got a plumbing company out here and it's going to cost me about $700 to fix this issue. So watch out because if this happens to you you're going to end up paying for whatever line they hit. This has been very stressful and very costly for me, I'm a single female with middle class income. The well cost took me months to save for. Now this on top of it- its just not right.
