Terrible management always changing owners and recent one just raised rent from 550 to 850 not worth at all.

Management is very sloppy and out of order. They have a huge communication delay between the District Director and the leasing Manger. The District Director is very arrogant and rude. Their customer service is horrible. A friend who lived here before warned me about the facility but I wanted to try myself. I'm glad I ended up not doing business with them. There were too many red flags for me to spend my hard earned money. They only got my time which is also precious.

They illigally entered the apartment and stole. This is on top of them changing the main door locks and ever giving everyone that lives in the building a copy. They forced us to live in a building with no heat. Worse option you could ever find for living. Glad to be gone

New management since many reviews here were written. Great value for the price considering other options in the area. $450 for everything except electric and cable. My Consumers bill is ~$30/mo depending on heat usage (clean your fridge coils and save a little more ;-) The area is generally quiet, not alot of riff-raff around. Its in a decent part of town, sits within a mile of the hospital and Kettering University. My one annoyance is people asking me for cigarettes and change (to be expected in Flint), but they leave you alone if you repeatedly tell them "Im out/broke". There are the occasional cars that play loud music, but thats very uncommon. Walls seem a little thin but its a very old complex, apparently one of the first in Flint. I was very happy to see that they installed brand new carpeting in my apartment before I moved in. Would have given 5 stars as management is very friendly but my initial apartment maintenance took over a month to get anything fixed, but considering the price I let that slide and haven't had any other issues. They would also do well to hire someone to clean the hallways on a bi-monthly basis as neighbors can be a bit messy at times.

Cheap housing! You get what you pay for threebof the reviews on here with 5 starts are from the management themselves! Pure disaster moving here due to crazy residents ,we had a problem with mice ,and never able to get a hold of the office.
