        Thought this was a great place for my grandmother, but a lot has changed recently and feels like a bait and switch. Advertising 24 hour emergency services, yet when she pulled her emergency cord in her room, the director came and said their was nothing she could do. When she moved in a couple months ago there was always someone on staff and now there's no one. Thank God life alert took care of things. We're extremely disappointed.
