Jellybeans Used Book Music

I just go there for CDs, get good deals in the buying sector for the genres I look for. The main staff isn't very nice, they will either stop caring or act rudely to you if you ask for something. Ended up not being able to buy a game since they lost the disc. Great place if you know what you are looking for.

Jelly beans is a beloved shop and I hope they open back up soon. Flint isn't the same without them.

Worst service ever. Went in looking to trade in or sell 45 dvd's. Could not get service at all. looked around entire store for help and after 20 minutes a door slammed and a blond woman came out to help. She was extemely rude. Not just to myself and my family, but others as well. Including a little girl on crutches who asked for a bag in order to carry her movies her mom was buying her around with her so no one else could get them. She was told no... if any one wanted to steal they could have when she was failing to watch her store for the 20 minutes we waited. She explained store policies in a way that felt like you were getting swindled, and the policy repeatedly changed. She threw movies that were not tradeable back in my box. And my throw I do not mean put I mean THROW. She changed my trade in price several times and smirked everytime she new she was upsetting you. Worst service ever.

Absolutely horrible service, the employees behind the counter will hardly acknowledge you, let alone answer any questions. I came here looking to trade in some CDs and vinyls, I kept trying to ask for an average or tentative price before they had to spend their time looking through my items and wouldn't let me get a word in, after going through everything they offered me an insultingly low price (I received over 5 times more at an FYE later that day). I told them I'd like to hold onto the CD's but would like to sell the vinyl, and they told me to leave the store and never come back, even though I tried to ask multiple times for a rough estimate explaining to them I didn't want them to have to spend the time if they knew they couldn't offer much. I will make sure no one I know ever gives them any business
