The people that work there are pretty good, that being said, very little that should be repaired gets repaired there, examples, loading arm has been down since early summer, no way to tell if the lane you want to use has the product you need until you card in at the rack, most other locations have signage at the rack telling you whats available and what isn't, including other buckeye terminals. Unfortunately for the drivers that go there, they don't have the option to decline going there, that's made by their bosses, so they just have to deal with it. It looks like the higher ups at buckeye partners are the culprits for things being repaired, in my opinion.
