        I called CFS on Thursday, January 9th around 3:50 and LET ME TELL YOU!! I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I talked to James and he made the call so easy, he gave me information on my debt that previous representatives havent (however they did give me a plan and were also pleasant) and HE WAS SO NICE AND HONESTLY GAVE ME SUCH A PLEASNT AND WONDERRUL EXPERIENCE!! Thank you James for being such an amazing person and I bet you have many friends. Also, I didnt think I was talking to a real person at first because his voice sounds just like a male computer guy!! (In a pleasnt way). If you ever call here and try to pay off any debts, ask for James.

        Trying to call the Toll Free # to make a payment, and I keep getting put on hold. How obnoxious to have that beeping sound come out of nowhere.
