Metro Window Cleaning&Home Care

Two very pleasant men did an excellent job cleaning our windows, screens and skylights. They worked as a well coordinated team and were meticulous I am very happy.

Well, the first time I had only one person sent for the job. Except for a couple of windows that needed storms washed too and he did a nice job. Last year two were sent and the one who seemed to be in charge knocked a well put together flower basket on the bench on the porch and dumped it upside down over the railing and ruined all the pricey items I bought at Michaels Craft store and he never said a word. I didn't notice right away but he was very careless and I won't allow him at my house again. I don't know if I want them back because you never know who they'll send to work. Think I'll scout around for another company. I'm sure I can do better. Service: Window cleaning

Crew tossed the gutter debris all over my newly cleaned up yard. I paid several hundred dollars for fall cleanup the week before they cleaned my gutters, only to have them trash my beds with little regard for how clean my landscaped beds were. Luckily, I caught them before they were just about to pull away. To make it worse, they did a haphazard job of picking up the mess they created. The entire thing could have been avoided if they only took the time to do the job right. Service: Gutter cleaning

One of the managers drove me up a curb in a roundabout this morning, I followed after him and yelled at him to pull over, he fled the scene of an accident he caused and now they’re trying to claim it was my fault bc Im “young” and “inexperienced driver” I’ll be filing a report with the police and getting the security camera footage from the roundabout so you can either repair my car or you’ll be seeing me in court!
