        We recently purchased our forever home in North Branch, Michigan using The Stoneway Group. Our realtor was Kelly McRee. Kelly was an absolute Rockstar and went above and beyond for us during this process. We are first time home buyers and Kelly was extremely helpful with walking us through the the home buying process from the very get-go and helping us through a not so easy, closing experience. Not to mention, she navigated the VA process like a pro! We would not have the home of our dreams if it werent for her and we highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home.

        My brother and I were struggling to find a realtor to sell my mother's home. There are a lot of realtors out there but we were looking for that special someone. Out of the blue on a chance encounter we met Lucy Peters and Sara Ston. The rest is history. They met with my brother and I and gave us a formal presentation. The house was listed shortly there after, four offers in three days, we accepted the first offer and we closed all within 60 days. From start to finish Lucy and Sara were fantastic!!! Lucy worked directly with us. She took us by the hand and lead us through each step of the selling process. In addition she worked behind the scene to push the closing along. Working with Lucy and Sara was a fantastic experience!!!
