I asked for a quote for a high efficiency water heater, and they sent someone out. I got charged $99 for the estimate but they only ever provided a quote for a conventional heater. When I asked for my money back, they left a voice-mail about how they don't usually install those. I get it, they're not common here. Don't charge me for a service you can't provide. No complaints about the actual plumber. Edit: I see I got a reply offering to discuss this further. You have my address if you want to send the refund. Cregger gave me an estimate within a business day. If WaterWork ever refunds me the $99 they charged for an estimate they didn't provide, I'll take this down.

We have used Waterwork for ALL of our plumbing needs for at least the past 7-10 years, and we've recommended them to our neighbor. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and the price is very reasonable. Please call them for any plumbing problem you have, you won't be sorry!
